Square Enix has decided to launch some sizable ads for its new mobile game, Echoes of Mana, in Japan.

A train running on the over-busy Yamanote Line in Tokyo has posters and decorations dedicated to the new game, and is also the first train of its kind to use the visual theme of Echoes of Mana to use special window decorations.

This train will run till 16th May.

Apart from this, posters will also be put up at the stations of Yamanote Line.

Below you can see some photos of the train provided directly by Square Enix via a press release, above samples of the poster.

If you’re unfamiliar with Echoes of Mana, this is a JRPG for iOS and Android just launched by Square Enix. It has already crossed 1 million downloads.

Below you can read a summary of the story.

You wake up, surrounded by nothing but a tree. The tree of the mind – the source of all life, and yet, it will soon disappear …

The last sanctuary A place where everything is already lost.

Only the Mana Sword can save the Mana Tree and the world is still woven into its branches. If only the sword was also not lost…

Guided by Mana Devi, you must venture into a world of rags, meeting friends and foes, both familiar and brand new as you piece together memories through the echoes of mana.

If you’re not into mobile games, we know that Square Enix is working on a new mainline mana title, but we don’t really know anything about it.
