Today British publisher PQube announced a partnership with developer Acquire to release Zangetsu’s Labyrinth in the West.

The game, which was originally announced for Japan in January, will “soon” be coming to PR PS4, Nintendo Switch and Steam in both North America and Europe. A physical version has been announced for the console versions, but no specific release date has been revealed yet (we already know it’s releasing in Japan on September 29th).

Zangatsu’s Labyrinth is a dungeon-crawling JRPG featuring an art style depicting Japanese ink paintings.

It features several playable heroes, including your customizable protagonist, who fights against monsters inspired by Japanese yukai.

Being a classic dungeon crawler, it is turn-based and promises an engaging storyline with several alternate sidequests and soundtracks based on traditional Japanese music.

If you want to know more you can watch the trailer and the official synopsis of the story below.
